Create Your Own Candlesticks

For centuries man used candles for his lighting, and more importantly, his spirituals needs.  Our program shall bring back the forgotten craft of candlestick making.  Our masters shall carefully guide you through the basics of this craft.  We shall help you design your very own project, and teach you the woodworking and metalworking skills that you’ll need.   You will also receive the all necessary tools and materials.  All workshops will be done in safe environment, under strict supervision of the Shop master– Ilya Nathanson.

Sundays                     3:00-4:30 PM

Wednesdays            7:00-8:30 PM

                                                               Fee: Y members      $15 per workshop

               Non-members $18 per workshop

Note:

1. The Center will supply all necessary materials, tools and equipment in the Craft shop for the Candlesticks creation.
2. Each participant of the program can quit the program at any time with a written note submitted to the office one month before.
3. Each participant of the program is eligible to take his/her candlesticks home (after signing the “Removal equipment from the building” form).
